Do I need an account to try MomentGrid?
No. The Current launch direction does not require an account before you create the free preview.
Does choosing a photo upload it?
Not for the free preview. The preview is local-first. A later save, human-review or order action is separate and uses the relevant consent before server-side photo data is sent.
What size does the Generator make?
Current launch has one production format: 78 × 78, which is 6,084 pattern positions on one native 78 × 78 board.
How many colours will my pattern use?
You do not choose a production colour count. The Generator selects the actual subset for the image from the authorised MARD 221 digital source library, with a maximum of 64 distinct colours.

What is the Current Australia launch product?
The Current AU product truth is the 78 × 78 Complete Kit at A$99. There is no 104 × 104 launch option in the Current product.
Can I buy the kit today?
Live checkout is not yet activated. Shopify transaction truth, physical production readiness, shipping and payment are separate launch gates. You can use the free preview while those gates remain closed.
What exactly comes in the box?
Final included physical items, tools, printed matter and packaging are still governed by open production and packaging decisions. MomentGrid will not treat a concept packing list as a final customer promise.
Is the preview an exact promise of physical colour?
No. The authorised MARD digital colour reference supports preview and algorithm work, but physical colour accuracy and production eligibility require separate calibration evidence.
Review, delivery and policies
Why is Human Review part of the flow?
A generated preview can look good while a production-critical issue still exists. Human Review keeps pattern, colour eligibility and production checks separate from visual preview alone.
How long will delivery take?
A final delivery window is not yet published. Shipping routes, charges, timing and exception handling must be verified before they become customer commitments.
How long are uploaded review photos kept?
Final retention windows are still a launch decision. Fixed media-retention periods are not Current policy until the retention and deletion procedure is approved and verified.
