Origin and tracking

MomentGrid plans to prepare custom kits in China. Tracking will be shown only for a route and carrier service that actually supports it.

No production or delivery countdown is active in the current site because sample-based packing data, written carrier quotes and route tests are not yet available.

The intended fulfilment journey

1. The submitted pattern and order feasibility are reviewed.
2. The custom kit is produced and checked against the approved production reference.
3. The packed weight, dimensions, destination and carrier rule determine the route.
4. The available tracking reference and delivery estimate are communicated to the customer.

Human-review and production targets remain unconfigured, so this sequence describes a workflow rather than a promised service level.

Charges and delivery estimates

A live checkout must show the product price, shipping charge, currency and total before payment. A delivery estimate may appear only after the relevant destination route has been validated.

MomentGrid must not infer a shipping charge from an untested sample parcel or publish a best-case carrier transit time as a customer promise.

Customs, tax and delivery exceptions

Duties, taxes, remote-area fees, address corrections, failed delivery, returns and reshipment rules are not configured. The final checkout and policy must state the verified treatment for the customer's route before orders are accepted.

Evidence required before launch

• Actual packaging dimensions and packed weight for every sellable kit.
• Written carrier rates and service rules for each enabled destination group.
• Real test-shipment transit times and tracking behaviour.
• Approved handling for duties, taxes, failed delivery and reshipment.
• Configured human-review and production service targets.
