Seller identity and status
MomentGrid is a trading brand operated by PINLINK INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED, a Hong Kong private company. Its registered business address is 香港特别行政区九龙尖沙咀柯士甸路7–9号焕利商业大厦7楼63室. Customer enquiries may be sent tosupport@momentgrid.shop.
The seller identity is verified. Public pricing, production promises and the live checkout connection all go live together at launch.
Custom pattern service
Customers must have the right to upload and use every submitted image. The planned service may reject unlawful content, material that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy, or an order that cannot be produced safely or lawfully.
Before a production crop is uploaded, the customer must confirm that they own the image or have permission to use it and must separately consent to the stated review or fulfilment purpose and retention period. This permission is limited to providing the requested service.
The final ordering flow must identify the selected pattern, grid size, palette version and included product configuration before payment.
Pricing and payment
A live checkout must display the final product price, shipping amount, currency and total before payment. Payment must be processed by the provider named in that checkout.
Provider interfaces and sandbox foundations exist in the engineering plan, but production credentials and live payment are disabled. This preview does not promise a particular authorisation, capture or refund flow until the selected providers are configured and tested.
Product characteristics
Screen colours are approximations. The approved production pattern, configured physical palette version, product description and included components will define a live order. Handmade results can vary with the customer's assembly and ironing process.
The current MARD-221 palette is development-only and cannot yet define a production colour promise. Read the palette record for its evidence boundary.
Intellectual property
MomentGrid branding, software, written content and original site artwork remain protected. Customers retain their rights in source photos while granting only the limited permission needed to generate, review, produce, deliver and support the requested order.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in the final terms may exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability limitation, governing-law clause or dispute process must be reviewed for the enabled customer jurisdictions before publication.
