How the free preview handles a photo
Photo validation, crop preparation and pattern generation are designed around a local-first preview. The source photo is not uploaded merely to create that preview and is not permanently stored by default.
A later human-review or order-related photo step is separate and requires the relevant consent. Final media-retention windows are still a launch decision; no fixed retention period is presented here as Current policy. See Privacy for the current boundary.
How the pattern stays reproducible
Current production geometry is one 78 × 78 pattern and one native 78 × 78 board. For each photo, the Generator selects the actual colour subset from the authorised MARD 221 digital source library, with no more than 64 distinct colours and no customer production-colour-count selector.
Those digital colour references do not establish physical colour accuracy. A pattern remains blocked from production if a selected colour lacks the required physical calibration and production eligibility.
Payment and ordering
The Current AU product truth is the 78 × 78 Complete Kit at A$99. That product fact does not mean live checkout is active. Shopify transaction truth, shipping and payment activation are separate launch gates and remain fail-closed until verified.
Production, packing and shipping
Human review, BOM verification and packing controls are part of the intended operating flow, but final included items, physical colour acceptance, packing details, shipping charges, delivery windows and service levels are not presented as settled facts while their owning evidence remains open.
